Specific Duties

1. Lead our existing youth ministry with the emphasis of outreaching on Fridays.
2. Help grow the faith of our students in discipleship and worship on Sundays.
3. Build flourishing relationship with parents and students, fostering a healthy and holistic environment for spiritual growth.

Requirements

1. Must be a born-again Christian sharing our vision and values.
2. Must be missional and have a desire to reach out to non-Christians and bring them closer to Christ.
3. Must have a passion to work with youth. Prior experience with youth ministry is a plus.
4. Must have completed high school diploma. Education in theology and ministry preferred but not required.
5. Be available on Friday evenings for youth night and Sunday mornings for discipleship and worship.
6. Attend to pastoral needs related to youth and church ministry.
