簡介:

舊約考古學，是使用聖經考古的發現來詮釋舊約聖經。這課程研究的焦點從公元前十世紀末聯合王國分裂成南北國至公元前 586 年之間的考古資料，並運用考古的發現幫助詮釋有關舊約經文。

課程內容：

• ＜舊約考古：南北王國＞ (陳崇基牧師) (AOT204)是＜舊約考古學 - 證書課程＞之中六個課程的第四個。
• 研究焦點是舊約歷史的南北王國時期，大約公元前十世紀末至六世紀。在聖經考古上，這段歷史為鐵器時代 IIB-IIC（Iron Age IIB-IIC; 公元前 925-586 年）。

課程目標：

通過這個課程，你可以：

• 掌握聯合王國時期的考古背景資料
• 對鐵器時代 IIB-IIC（Iron Age IIB-IIC; 公元前 925-586 年）的考古資料有概略認識
• 運用考古資料作有關舊約經文的詮釋

課程要求：

• 學員是認真追求真理的基督徒，或願意認真了解聖經的朋友
• 這個課程承接之前課程奠定的基礎，包括：〈聖經考古入門 (AIT101)〉，〈舊約考古：族長—埃及—曠野時期 (AOT201)〉，〈舊約考古：入主迦南時期 (AOT202)〉，〈舊約考古：聯合王國時期 (AOT203)〉。這些累積的課程不是本課程的報讀要求，但必會對學員有所幫助

• 完成功課（例如：經文閱讀、測驗合格、寫聖經考古研經文章）

上課形式：

• 整個課程將會是錄影教學，共4課各約1.5小時的錄影
• 課程為期 8 個星期，學員可以方便自己的時間收看錄影並完成相關的習作（收到連結後的8星期，詳細情況會於電郵講解）

證書課程：

• 證書同學會另外收到有關考古文章/報告的題目（需於第8星期完結前提交）
• 如有問題，同學們可以電郵給陳崇基牧師
• 陳崇基牧師會於每個月1號和15號發還小測，考古文章/報告
• 完成所有習作後會收到Certificate of Completion
